Soon it is so far

Colins 2nd birthday always gets closer. Incredibly, then our small man is already so long with us.

Colin makes at the moment again a lot of progress. He blethers the whole day (“I also baby carriage push, please.” “Also drink mummy, you?”) and new words come daily (dad works in Wuppertal, mummy in Sprockwuppertal )” “Mama, du auch trinken?”) und es kommen täglich neue Wörter hinzu (Papa arbeitet in Wuppertal, Mama in Sprockwuppertal )

We achieve chamber pot success meanwhile also more and more often. Colin goes with pleasure sometimes on the chamber pot and also has meanwhile a toilet seat. The little play goes so far that he partially sits 20 minutes in the piece on the chamber pot. Besides, a book may not be absent (typically man), but these meetings are more and more often also successful. Well, he must not become really dry still long, at least, gehts just on the 2nd birthday to. Das Spielchen geht so weit, dass er teilweise 20 Minuten am Stück auf dem Töpfchen sitzt. Ein Buch darf dabei nicht fehlen (typisch Mann), aber diese Sitzungen sind immer öfter auch erfolgreich. Naja, richtig trocken werden muss er ja noch lange nicht, immerhin gehts gerade mal auf den 2. Geburtstag zu.

So that nobody must consider long what Colin can use quite well, here I have sometimes a few proposals:

- Child saucepans (Colin has discovered a new hobby)

- Play food (mainly to cuts with velcro fastening)

- to climb a little hump around even the toilet

- Duplo

- a new sleeping-bag size 110

- a cash

a savings tin (in autoform or airplane form would be great)

Please, nothing all to big and possibly without sound and batteries

Summer break

Anyhow gibts here more and more seldom new contributions. This must probably lie with the nice weather in which I sit in the evening mostly dear still outdoors to write as reports new in the PC.

Colin has not overcome his Vuvuzela panic yet. Unfortunately the German Mennschaft wins and shoots, besides, still a lot of gates, so that Colin flees regularly on mummies arm if the Getröte goes off in the neighborhood.

Otherwise Colin is at the moment in absolute Quassellaune. 4-word sentences! are not seldom. “Mummy also play please!” or “Colin also Streuselbrot have!” only some examples of Colins are a linguistic talent. Nevertheless, the most-said words are momentary: “Only make!” What has not operated in principle, even though, however, can be sometimes very irritating. If I am late in it, I can be sure that Colin alone the stair wants to go under it, wants to climb only in the car, wants to fasten the seatbelt alone and wants to sit down best directly still alone to the steering wheel. sind nicht selten. “Mama auch spielen bitte!” oder “Colin auch Streuselbrot haben!” sind nur einige Beispiele von Colins Sprachtalent. Trotzdem sind die meistgesagten Wörter momentan: “Alleine machen!” Was ja prinzipiell nicht verkehrt ist, trotzdem aber manchmal sehr nervig sein kann. Wenn ich spät dran bin, kann ich mir sicher sein, dass Colin alleine die Treppe runter gehen will, alleine ins Auto klettern will, sich alleine anschnallen will und sich am liebsten direkt auch noch alleine ans Lenkrad setzen will.

On the week-end we were at the Hattinger Old Town party. Colin might extinguish a "fire" with a fire hose in the shopkeeper's village and has dusted a tasty ice. Otherwise wars, unfortunately, too closely for families by baby carriage. In the shopkeeper's village was no coming through and this was not so full although it this year at all. Ansonsten wars leider viel zu eng für Familien mit Kinderwagen. Im Krämersdorf war kein Durchkommen und das obwohl es dieses Jahr gar nicht so voll war.

Och nö!

The evening has started so well. Though Colin did not want to sleep directly, however, has agreed with me on the fact that he stays in bed and I simply leave open the door. (Is in such a way as if he was not already before almost on the couch with the picture book do not look sleepingly …) (Ist ja nicht so, als wäre er nicht schon vorher fast auf der Couch beim Bilderbuch gucken eingeschlafen…)

So I have built up fast the couch on the balcony, have come along nen tasty cappuccino and have lain down with my book in the evening sun. Marvellous rest, no car on the street.

Unfortunately the rest did not stop long. This Dauertröten can expel really from the balcony. Long live the Vuvuzela. Can one nowhere escape from the football insanity then? Luckily Colin has fallen asleep meanwhile so deeply that he has got of it nothing more. Es lebe die Vuvuzela. Kann man dem Fußballwahnsinn denn nirgendwo entkommen? Zum Glück ist Colin mittlerweile so tief eingeschlafen, dass er davon nichts mehr mitbekommen hat.
